Federal Budget 2026 Consultation
September 2026
CTOA submitted recommendations focused on small-carrier competitiveness, transportation productivity, workforce development and supply-chain resilience.
Labour Exploitation & Fair Competition Consultation
September 2026
CTOA provided federal stakeholder input concerning worker protection, lawful entrepreneurship, fair competition and transportation-sector impacts.
Ontario Administrative Penalties Consultation
September 2026
Following participation in the Ontario Ministry of Transportation consultation, CTOA provided recommendations concerning fair process, evidence, dispute mechanisms, road safety and small-business impacts.
